Anandamaya means “blissful” or “bliss-permeated” and that is what we want you to embody, a life filled with bliss, joy, peace, harmony, and love. A life attuned with your true Self. 

With the integrative practice of Yoga, we discover that our true nature is “Sat Chit Ananda” or Truth, Consciousness, Bliss. In other words, the essence of who we truly are is bliss and reasonless joy. When we tap into this natural intelligence, inspiration starts to flow, creativity flourishes, trust and courage are activated, guiding us to live each moment fully present, fully receptive, accepting the challenges ahead with joy rather than stress and resistance.

Often, we think that the peace and happiness we are looking for is somewhere out there, difficult to reach, and dependent on someone or something different than ourselves. The truth is, peace is the closest thing there is. It lies at the very core of your being. We just need the right tools to tap into it. 

Happiness is our birthright.  It´s embedded in the fabric of who we are. Our life is an opportunity for deeper growth and liberation, freeing ourselves from the limitations of the mind and reuniting us with our compassionate hearts.
